My water broke at home and we spent 12 hours trying to induce consistent contractions to no avail. I ended up abandoning my natural birth plan to avoid risks and was induced via pitocin. It was all worth it for the end result...
Kai Nolyn Hollingsworth was born on November 28th at 8:47pm after 24 hours of labor. Weighing in at 7lb, 9oz she was and continues to be perfect in every way.
