Toys for Sick Tots

Ryan and I are planning to bring a holiday dinner to the kids and their families who are stuck in the hospital over the Christmas Holiday, this year. I spoke with the Child Life director at Georgetown University Hospital and she said they are also always in need of toys for babies and toddlers because there are often so many admitted there that they run out of them quickly.

In addition to dinner, we will be taking a bag of toys and gifts for the little ones. If you would like to help or join us, please let me know.

You can send toys or check to us at:
8401 Merryview Drive
Windsor Mill, MD 21244

Anything that arrives after the Holiday will be donated to the hospital on our next visit.

If you would like to send something directly to the hospital, the address is:

Office of Philanthropy
Georgetown University Hospital
Hospital Administration
3800 Reservoir Rd
Washington, DC 20007

You can designate that you would like it to go toward the pediatric wing (C5) or to Child Life.

All toys should be new and in the package OR easily wiped off as many of these kids are immune suppressed and can become fatally ill very easily.
