kai made it through her 2nd surgery and is doing well. they were able to repair the issue and she is recovering. she may be able to breath without the ventilator as early as tomorrow. Ryan is also doing well. he's pretty sore and still unable to eat solid foods or walk nut he's hanging in there. we're hoping he can see kai tomorrow.
